Joining many other towns and villages around the world, our Christmas Night Markets will be a wonderful way to soak up the Christmas atmosphere!

This event will be a one-off opportunity for local artisans and businesses to sell gifts and seasonal treats, encouraging Highlanders to “shop locally” for Christmas, as well as increasing tourists to the region.

Thirty open-air stalls will be installed within Corbett Gardens for the event, and are available to locals to hire for $100 for the event.

In December 2022, Sweet Retreat was fortunate enough to be a part of the Festival of Lights held within the grounds of the Corbett Gardens Bowral. In being involved in this successful community event where thousands of locals and visitors enjoyed the light display, Sweet Retreat ultimately received greater brand recognition across the Southern Highlands, whilst it also greatly contributed to an increase in sales during the month of December.

The team and I thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the Festival of Lights, and I look forward to participating again for the 2023 season!
